A1. Kick – Off Meeting (Virtual Activity)
The project’s first international meeting has been hosted, virtually, in April 2021. The activity, carried out through the Zoom platform, served to present to the partners the project, its activities, the planned initiatives and the results to be achieved. The meeting served also as a moment to discuss about responsibilities, local and online activities plus respective tasks.
After the registration and official welcoming from TDM 2000 Staff, the discussion was focused on:
- The presentation of the participants and NGOs: experience and backgrounds of each partner organization, presentation of the delegates and specific experience in the field of active participation and/or activities connected with the project topic: the EU Youth Dialogue.
- Presentation of the project: aim and specific objectives; planned activities both local and international; specific focus on the online activities. Regarding this last point delegates have focused on the creation of the platform sharing ideas about the creation of it, the domain and the contents.
- Final discussion and debate, next events and preparation for the international seminar that is going to be hosted in Italy in July 2021.
The agenda of the activities was adapted to the type of activity carried out: work groups and virtual rooms still allowed us to interact as if we were in presence.
The project was attended by 3 delegates per association representing the project partnership.
